Till Harnisch completed his legal studies at the University of Hamburg in 2023. During his studies, he worked as a student assistant at the chair of Prof. Hinrich Julius at the University of Hamburg Faculty of Law.
After successfully passing the first state examination (top 15% of graduates), Till Harnisch worked for one year at an international commercial law firm specializing in mergers and acquisitions.
Since July 2024, he has been a research assistant at Prof. Hinrich Julius' Chair of Legal Dialogue with Newly Industrialised Countries, where he is working on his PhD thesis on “Non-competition clauses in shareholder agreements”. In summer 2024, Till Harnisch taught the tutorial course ‘Moot Court and Arbitration’ at China-EU School of Law.
