Prof. Carlo Tovo is an Assistant Professor at the University of Bologna. He was awarded an Italian and French PhD degree by the University of Bologna and the University of Strasbourg for his dissertation on “Trans-European Networks and Services in the Energy, Telecommunications and Transport Sectors” in 2015. From 2010 to 2014, he worked as a Local Parliamentary Assistant for the European Parliament. Carlo teaches the Internal Market course at the China-EU School of Law in 2016, and in 2012 he was a tutor at the School.
