法律分析（2小时，中文答卷）：
考试范围是围绕一个案例的相关法律问题；考生对案例进行分析，逐一回答问题。主要考察学生以下几方面的能力：①从个案中寻找法律争点；②运用法律原理解释具体法律现象；③从具体的法律现象中归纳法律原理；④论辩、质疑、答疑和构建论据的能力。
