考试要求：
“公司法”（European Company Law）的考试为开卷，考生可参考纸质版材料；“破产法”（Insolvency Law）的考试考生可参考该课程发放的法律文本资料；“欧洲私法”（European Private Law）、“诉讼与仲裁”（Litigation and Arbitration）、“金融市场与规制”（Financial Market and Regulation）考试形式为闭卷，考生只允许纸质字典（非法律）进入考场。上述所有文件上不允许添加任何文字注释。
