CESL - Curriculum

Courses
Students are required to take a total of ten courses including nine compulsory courses and one elective from the list below.

Compulsory courses: European legal traditions; legal English; international public law; rule of law and human rights; law and politics of the EU; EU Law (Advanced), European private law, law of regulation and WTO law.

Electives: judicial procedures and dispute resolution; public administration; international trade; company law; laws and regulations of special economic sectors as well as Chinese public and private law.
